Every sponsor payment makes a difference to me which is sort of sad. How much a month does it take for you tick along comfortably?

My condo payment with piti is $1745 a month, add the rest of the expenses I need at least $4300 a month to break even and live, so it's a 7 day week for me on average.

Christ... where do you live? That's more than double what a nice house in the country on 5 acres goes for around here. Of course I live in the middle of nowhere. :) I'd be down scaling if I was in your shoes. I don't want to be in a position where I have to work all the time. It would be too much like a job. I rather have a smaller foot print and just work when I want. I value time over money.

Hi Heidihoe , I bought it in 2015 with 10% down, 2 bed 1 and a half bath condominium in Burbank. 1480 sq foot in a new building.
It's gained about $30-$35K since then based on recent sales in the area.

LA rents and condos have become very expensive in the last 10 years.
