No they cant add further cookies but if they want to add further checkout options then they need to stop using CCBill's affiliate system and use something like NATs instead. Then they can set their own cookies and it doesn't matter what checkout option they use

Would Chrome have become so popular had it not been by Google, my opinion is no.
