DMCA notice

#1

Post by Cumslut » March 25th, 2023, 9:22 am

Hello how is it my fault that using sponsor content I get the DMCA notice, this mean I can get sued for using the content from a sponsor I promote, it is available in the webmaster tools section and I use it. What do I do remove the fhg's or ignore the email?

Ignoring any notice of pending legal action is not the best way to proceed in life. That said I get a DMCA notice every few months and I have no sites where I have uploaded any content. The most I have are links in some posts here with images served off another site. Lastly there are a few too many fake DMCA notices being sent so first of all contact your sponsor clarify with them what the status of the content in question is, ask for proof of their license nd contact the person(s) who sent you the notice.

Oh before I forget make sire the DMCA notice is correctly prepared and served.

All the best.

Yeah - I would send a copy or forward the notice to the sponsor in question and ask them what's going on first.

I would assume this is fake; a simple contact email requesting some content to be removed would be more reasonable, specially if it is from an actual adult sponsor.
