According to this Reuters aritcle MindGeek has been acquired by Ethical Capital Partners (EPC) a Canadian company

"March 16 (Reuters) - Canadian private equity firm Ethical Capital Partners (ECP) on Thursday said it had acquired Pornhub owner MindGeek, which has been mired in controversy over recent years."

what happens to Feras Antoon, David Tassillo and the Austrian investor Bernd Bergmair are they out or going to be involved in some way with the new owners?

Will they keep the name starting with an M like previous changes or go with a totally new one

when it was the original manwin or whatever... i called nasty dollars in cali sum nice people over there... the money was flowin then. epass was alive with the 50 cent withdrawls... sigh***

I remember Nasty Dollars. Nice tools and they sold well back in the day. $35 pps, $200 per qualified webmaster. I never warmed up to the Adult Force crap.

you can work their sites. but they wont build free content.

Nastydollars was one of the best for me not using it for at least the past 5 years. I might take another look at them.

I suspect this is about getting their merchant account back. We were all expecting them to do some kind of change of ownership

Without that merchant account, the company is probably only worth a fraction of its original value

Quite a few of our webmodels have member profiles on pornhub and from what ive been hearing, earnings dropped off a cliff when they lost their merchant account.
