Not really there is no one to blame they are redoing the site from what it looks like, I would be patient.

Most of the time with content sites going offline it is the content not sure about this one though

There are so many content sites trying to give away their content for a few bucks.

That is one lame excuse for closing a content store, it has to be some content licensing,paper work problem or billing issue.
