It's not my money and not black so it does not affect me, but I will bet my last cent there is no way any of these will happen, this is a negotiation tactic, start high so you settle for something. My second point is this does nothing for race relations it is going to increase hate and racism. Why do I say this, simple if you are a non-black person in SF and you are struggling to make ends you are going to get mad that some person gets that kind of financial benefit based on their skin colour.

This will open the flood gates to all sorts of minority groups asking for compensation, if any body deserves it it is the first people who were here, the indigenous people, what about the Japanese Americans who were put in cams during world war two, what about women who did not have the vote until 1920.........

What have I done to anyone that makes me responsible to pay taxes to some people just because they are black. This tax buden will hurt businesses and house prices in San Francisco.
