A little floater comes up on the lower right for me on x-art.com and it says "Try us out securely with paypal" that is to Epoch, and when I clicked on it the thing failed.

" Account Inactive

I emailed support@x-art.com on January 6th 2023 and no one replied I'll give it another try now.

Not a good sign in my opinion.

Good luck to them.

They either don't care or have nothing to say. They have to get their ccbill account going if they want to make money and not shut down.

Give me celebrity porn

This is not a case of the tech being out to lunch it is highly likely they have violated the CCbill TOS or not paid CCbill for their annual Visa fee.

It depends I know that does not say much but there are many factors.

Business papers in order, content, 2257 documentation, niche......

Unless they organize a billing backend they can not survive too long.
