[BUSINESS] buying an ssl certificate

Here is the thing my host provides one for free ,I saw a link online it said there are good ssl and not so good ssl certificates, is this true.

free ssl is fine for 99% of people.

An SSL certificate is an SSL certificate f you ask me brotha. You are just starting out why spend on something that is free and will do the job.

At least know why you are not getting technical.

95% of people are ignorant and do not care.
3% think they are smart and are just wrong!
2% of people are smart and half of them do not care!

Technically, the difference in SSLs is very very important.

If $20 a years is to much for you, then don't worry about it, cause it probably really does not matter.

The first thing I suggest you read is the insurance part of the SSL.
What is high assurance?
What is low assurance?

One of the main reasons for an SSL Certificate purchase is to make customers feel they’re in safe hands
For businesses and e-commerce websites
Displays your business name in some browsers and all browser settings

Company existence is checked with government authority
Site Seal to display on your website,

All good but any ssl is better than no ssl if your host gives it for free take it

Some of them let you customize where your site name shows in the browser, those are a little more expensive though.

Those are nice for sites with a lot of traffic and interaction. Many also provide insurance.

Nice but a waste of money for small sites, but yes if I owned nude.com I would go for a more boutique ssl.
