Until 7-8 years ago it was a good Asian webmaster forum, since that era it was spam hell, somebody finally realized it was not active for years and put up a blank page last week.

Rest in peace what used to be a good forum.

I have no idea why forums can not control spambots, if you use and forum script all you have to do is add a Captcha.
Assuming that was one of the main reasons the site is no longer, another explanation could be that it has been hacked and some hacker threw up a blank page or the owner put a blank page until the restore the database.

It was dead for me for more than 10 years. Just a lot of spam posts.

It has to be done by the site admin no forum goes broken for 2 weeks.

Why keep the domain online and put the blank page, why not just take it offline?
