Just read the addition to the fine "Or 4% of global annual turnover" that is the same as saying don't bother to comply and just send us a bribe instead lol

I hear that personal data is disappearing from Whois. I guess there won't be a need to purchase privacy guard in the future :)

Indeed it is! Well maybe not if you're selling privacy guard. As a surfer I actually like the changes in the law. It pisses me off when I have to create accounts at sites (for whatever reason) and then there's no option to delete my info and close the account.
