Your tasks :
-active search for new advertisers (both major players and solo partners), conclusion of exclusive contracts;
-acquaintance of the client with our platform, recommendations on setting up advertising campaigns;
-analysis of placements, working on improving customer service and increasing demand at the auction;
-supervising financial reconciliations with partners, control over payments and reports together with the financial department;
-communication with international partners, many of which are located in different time zones;
monitoring the market situation and updating our offer.
Your hard and soft skills:
-more than 1 year of experience in AD networks (CPM, DSP);
-deep knoweledge of concepts as eCPM, CR, ROI, churn rate, and frequency capping; how banners differ from push notifications and etc.
-familiar with the basic rules for setting up advertising campaigns and how trackers and ad networks work;
-efficient negotiation, especially with the affiliate community members ;
-fluent English or at least the Upper-Intermediate level ;
-focused on financial results;
-proactive, persistent, attentive, able to work in a team, focused on the development of long-term relationships.
