You might as well cancel the ones I highlighted because you are cybersquatting and the penalties are very high for doing so. Anyone who buys them is committing suicide they will get sued. You are nwingly and admitting to cybersquatting and have multiple domains you are attempting to profit from, so forget trying to play dumb when they come after you lmao.
I'll say this again since you probably are too dumb to understand, cancel those domains asap.

Trevor have been buying selling and brokering domains for over 9 years, if that has anything to do with me pointing out you are cybersquatting and telling you for your own good to cancel those domains and any others that are going to get you sued.
I cannot delete it, sorry. There is no delete button. Do you want report me?
Delete the domains from your registrar account not the post here dude.

You can get sued from being alive.
Sounds like a cyber poacher to me. Gets you to release the name and grabs them themselves.
From my personal experience, as I am not an attorney nor giving you illegal advice as it appears others might be doing..
There are many factors involved to determine whether you are cybersquatting.
The number one is using a domain name in bad faith. Which you are NOT!
Case closed!
Your honor please dismiss the case with prejudice!
Secondly, are you attempting to sell the name to a trademark owner at a premium? (like blackmail) No? so again
Case closed!
Your honor please dismiss the case with prejudice!
Then no one in their right mind will SUE you over it when they can file a complaint with ICANN and have the domain handed to them.
Case closed!
Your honor please dismiss the case with prejudice!
When did you register each domain? The registration date must be taken into account also.
Case law is very clear on what must occur for this to be considered illegal.
Look this up for an example
Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anticyber ... nal%20name.
https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/CRP ... rpt140.htm
And my understanding, if you are not pretending to be trademark owner or use a trademark owners trademark to make people think you are the trademark, then this cybersquatting law does not apply, can not be enforced.
It clearly states in "bad faith"!
You just bought some domains and are trying to sell them to get your money back!
It is my understanding that in all of America it is minimally a misdemeanor to give legal advice without a license and in 2 or 3 states it is a felony, in some cases.
Thus Why I stated in my personal experience, so that you would know I am not giving you legal advice, like
"cancel those domains asap."
Who is " too dumb to understand"?? Thought we were attempting to be polite and help people, guess not!!

https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/d ... #trademark
https://www.uspto.gov/page/about-trademark-infringement
What is considered a trademark infringement?
What is trademark infringement? Trademark infringement is the unauthorized use of a trademark or service mark on or in connection with goods and/or services in a manner that is likely to cause confusion, deception, or mistake about the source of the goods and/or services.
You are not behaving in bad faith, in my opinion.
Your current redirects will not cause confusion, deception, etc.
If you were to build a site and pretend to be them, that is another issue. You are not!
I can not wait to see what happens. Exciting, if it were not boring!
We might find out if you wasted $10 a few times.
Be good to have an update!

This link above almost spells out exactly what dom-trev is sharing. You do have a list of domains, where some are for sure questionable to people without experience.
wwwtushyraw.com and wwwpainewebber.com are not similar cases, except the missing DOT!
However there is no dilution. Without dilution, my opinion is there is no case. Does not mean that can not try. Read more below about Reverse Domain Name Hijacking.
You are not attempting to sell the domain to the trademark owner, nor are you using the site for commerce.
Read the page, you will see what you need to do and NOT do.
If these people do contact you and do want to buy a domain or talk to you about buying, be careful how you reply and how much you ask for.
Give them the domain (what I have done in the past to settle disputes). Charge a transfer management fee! Convenience fee! Handling Fee! Not too much!
The plaintiffs claimed that cybersquatters typically charge less than the cost of litigating individual infringement claims
IV. Reverse Domain Name Hijacking
Reverse domain name hijacking occurs when the trademark holder attempts to get a domain name from a party where the party has a legitimate competing claim and there is no question of infringement or dilution. As noted above, the domain name system is not a corollary to the trademark system. Nonetheless, some trademark holders behave as though it is. They seem to believe that no one has the right to use a domain name that might relate to a trademark or product name held by the company. Thus they sue legitimate domain name registrants to recover the domain name even though there has clearly been no infringement or dilution. While there are many reported instances of this behavior, it is estimated that most domain name holders simply give in to the trademark demands and thus the majority of disputes are never publicized. Again, the line between categories is often difficult to draw. Thus the distinction between legitimate competing claims and cases of reverse domain name hijacking may be unclear. There are some clear instances, however, that serve as an example of the behavior often called reverse domain name hijacking.
Seem Trev is scared of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking
You don't b!
V. Free Speech, Product Commentary and Parody
BTW, I have been buying selling and brokering domains for over 26 years!
I see your 9 years and a raise you 15 years!
