It seems to be an old program that has given up, let some sites go, sold some , adding a new one now sinfulfeet but not bothering to delete or fix broken pics and links on their program site. Good luck to them but this is not going to impress affiliates wanting to join. A program needs to at bare minimum have their shit together on the program page.

Content check, niche check. Current program setup fail, get your own billing account, CCBill is an obvious choice and go on your own. Piggy backing on a program that was yesterdays news is not going to make your site make it's full potential. If it is the CCBill sign up fee for Visa and Mastercard put it on a credit card or get a loan. The setup now does not reflect well for your new site. Nothing against Darkreachcash but their program page I saw is a mess. As was noted in a previous post here which leads me to believe they are not on the ball, or do not care, are side tracked. There is no excuse for a program to have got rid of their paysites and still have them listed on their program page. If you need some working capital then feel free to let me know, I am willing to partner up for a 50/50 deal.
