We have currently only one model online since we're doing alot of dev stuff lately. Friday, saturday and sunday we had 4 - 6 models online all the time.

You seem to be doing the right things, posting about it, having your site banners around here, getting the word out, give it time it will work. Keep up the effort. I bet 99% of the people here had never heard of the site until this thread so you're on the ball man.

It looks to be a work in progress and I'll try give you some ideas here to get it growing.

Your affiliate program needs to be much easier to find, the terms need to be clear.

~ Is ambiguous at best. What are the 10, 20 and 30% payments.

Where are the program banners.

Hope this helps improve the site and sales for you. Always here and ready to help startup sites grow. We can use more program choices.

As of 4.50pm (now) you have 1 model online again tonight. A 1 model site is not going to grow fast, invest some money hire some performers, it would be good t spend some upfront and get more sales later. No one cares about a webcams site with 1 model online, it will not work.

Use this forum to fine tune your site and program, the info is free.

Thanks for nice review. So far we have deal with studio to cover our website 24/7 with one model, for weekends we're getting 4-8 of them, depends on traffic. We have launched last week and started our SEO work then, what means we have totally 0 organic traffic right now and waiting for google to start indexing us. Since then, there's no point in paying performers to stay on a dead website without people talking to them. While we are working on SEO and traffic (Affiliate Managers), we're improving the site constantly from dev side. If someone is really interested in sending us traffic, we can get models on hour we together agree and make the magic happen:) Our affiliate program sounds pretty easy to me, you start with 5% of all deposit's your people make, once you have more referred people on your account, the percentage goes up, until 30% and also you get 1$ for every first deposit and 0.10$ for each registration.
