My account interface still shows 2/15 as the last check date but there should have been something since then. Checks have been going out like normal but we would be happy to look into this for you. Our support will send you an ICQ in about 2 minutes.

Well CCBill Paul--

I have been in an im with them since 11:26 am. It is now 12:42 pm.

They admit that they see transactions since 2/15 and that I have not been issued a check since then. The responce that bothers me most is:

Perhaps? No reason for the problem. No attempt to explain anything. Just PERHAPS.

It's 12:46 now. At 1pm I am terminating the message session. I have been using CCBill sponsors since late 2003. You would think after 6 years they would at least say sorry.

I really believe it was just some little glitch in the system. I've had one issue with the post office deciding that a check would look better with coffee (or something similar) poured all over it but I get my checks every Thursday without fail. I've also have never had any problems with their support but I tend to call at 3am when traffic is usually a bit slower.
